Imagine if you will...
You have an audition and you're getting ready to go. You've done the prep work, know who you're auditioning for, what part you want, memorized music and/or monologues... you're set.
So you start to get dressed... and everything looks terrible. You do your hair... and it won't go right. You drink your coffee... and get all jittery and decide to skip food because your nerves make your digestion do unpredictable things. You feel too fat in what you're wearing. Or too thin. Or you're too tall to wear heels but the character would be wearing them. Or you're too short for the role you want. Or, or, or...

What does that mean you feel like at the actual audition when you finally get there?
Judges say the answer is...
Judges say the answer is...
Everything feels like crap!
Now, this scenario could happen with an audition, or during opening night, or when you know the reviewer's there, or at a job interview, or when you need to give a big speech... ANY of these HIGHLY VISIBLE situations.
So... what are you doing BEFORE these situations to prepare yourself?
Yes, you've done the absolute necessary things like memorizing, but how have you REALLY prepared? Are you viewing your career from an actual HEALTHY place? What comes to mind when you think about feeding yourself? What comes to mind when you think about "getting healthy"?
Are you ready to FULLY feed yourself?
Because I'm not only talking about food. How you feed yourself physically, mentally, AND emotionally all effects how well you do your job on stage or in front of the camera.
So here’s a new question... How are you feeding yourself:
- In your relationships?
- In your career?
- In your spirituality?
- In your movement?
- AND in feeding your body?
Not as black and white is it, huh?
I’m not saying you don’t try. I know you seek out systems to take care of yourself and your body.
But the majority of what is marketed to you is about changing the number on the scale as fast as possible, without sustainable, individualized practices to take care of your unique and personal needs.

Which means you get disappointed when you TRY, but it's so overwhelming and you're not seeing the results you want.
Which means you feel like you’re failing.
What are these systems missing?

Just because you’ve changed your food and fitness doesn’t necessarily mean you’re nourishing your whole self.
Perhaps you feel GUILT about perceived failures?
Perhaps you feel FRUSTRATION about lack of motivation?
Perhaps you’ve been CHASING THE "MAGIC PILL" that will make you skinnier, sexier, faster, stronger, the more perfect version of you… and you haven’t found it yet?

What you want is SELF-RELIANCE.
What you want is to learn how to LISTEN to your body. Let your BODY guide your decisions which allows you to rely on something that will NEVER fail you. That you’ll NEVER lose. That is innate, free, and always knows the best answer.
As a performer, so much of your instinct and intuition comes from you LISTENING to your BODY. Wouldn't you like to be able to TRUST what it's telling you?

In my Private, 1-on-1 coaching the last thing I prescribe is a magic pill, or any pills at all.
Want to get on a call with me to learn more?
I work with people who are ready to be HIGHLY VISIBLE being WHO THEY ARE - instead of who the world says they should be.
Who are ready to embrace their WHOLE selves on stage and screen - including and ESPECIALLY their bodies.
Who want to build up their INTUITION about their body’s needs
Who are ready to be guided to a place of SELF-RELIANCE.

Their regimen hasn't worked because they've tried to do it ALONE.
What they’ve realized is…
Alone has meant you look at yourself in the mirror and don’t know how to stop your negative self-talk.
Alone has meant you’ve taken these cookie cutter plans (pun intended), tried to apply them to yourself and not realized why you're not making your goals and feel SHAME or GUILT about it.
Alone means you see men and women sprawled across Facebook, Instagram, and magazine covers, and assume that that smoking hot body has happened on it’s own, and has all of the confidence and self assurance that comes along with looking like that.

But here's the truth-
Those people you see on any kind of media?
All of these people do not make changes on their own.
They have an entire team of support (trainers, nutritionists, therapists, agents).
They don't make changes in a vacuum.
Are you ready to give up the UNENDING self improvement project and use your body (AND YOUR HEALTH) as the POWERFUL PRESENCE it can be?
